Where is your parking area located?

We are located at Kieshecker Weg 153, 40468 Düsseldorf—right next to Düsseldorf Airport. This means you’ll benefit from exceptionally short transfer times of just one minute.

How does parking work at Düsseldorf Airport with you?

You can choose between two convenient options:

Valet: Service provided directly at the terminal
Shuttle: Parking on our premises with shuttle service

Both options offer a quick and hassle-free way to get to the airport.

How does the shuttle service at Düsseldorf Airport work?

Our shuttle service is available 24/7 and provides a quick and comfortable transfer between the parking lot and Departure Terminal B/C.
After landing and collecting your luggage, please give us a quick call at our hotline +49 (0) 211 42 999 800 and then proceed to Departure Terminal B/C. Your shuttle will be waiting for you there or will arrive in a few minutes.

How does the valet service at Düsseldorf Airport work?

With our valet service, you’ll drive directly to the terminal at Düsseldorf Airport. Please call us about 10–15 minutes before you arrive so that our staff member will be ready to take your vehicle on time.

Your vehicle will then be parked in one of our parking lots while you head to check-in without any hassle.
After your flight lands, we’ll bring your vehicle back to the agreed-upon meeting point at the airport.

How long does the transfer to Düsseldorf Airport take?

The transfer from the parking lot to Düsseldorf Airport takes only 1 minute, as our location is in close proximity to the airport.

How much time should I allow before departure?

We recommend allowing about 5–10 minutes for vehicle pickup and the shuttle transfer.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

Our 24/7 shuttle service is flexible. Even if your flight is delayed, we will of course still pick you up. Please give us a quick call to let us know.

What happens to my car while I\'m traveling?

Depending on capacity and the season, your vehicle will be parked either directly at our main facility at Düsseldorf Airport or at one of our nearby, secure off-site parking lots.

Short-term bookings are generally kept at the location immediately adjacent to the airport. Vehicles parked for longer periods—usually starting at about one week—are transferred to one of our parking lots within a maximum radius of 6.5 kilometers.

When and how do I pay for parking?

Payment is due upon returning the vehicle on site—either in cash or conveniently by debit or credit card.

Are there any additional or hidden costs?

No. All prices are final and include sales tax.

How are parking fees calculated?

Billing is calculated on a per-day basis.

Can I cancel my parking reservation?

Yes, cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the reservation. After that, 50% of the booking price will be charged.

Can I park my car myself and keep the key?

Yes, when booking a parking space, you can park your vehicle yourself and keep your keys with you during your trip. Depending on occupancy and the season, a fee may apply. Please note that if you book a space without handing over your keys, you must contact us by phone at +49 (0) 211 42 999 800 in advance.

What do I need to keep in mind when driving oversized vehicles?

Vehicles longer than 5.10 meters or wider than 2.00 meters (excluding side mirrors) are considered oversized.

Please provide the relevant dimensions when making your reservation. Depending on the vehicle size, availability, and season, a separate fee may apply, or reservations may be subject to restrictions.

What should I do if my flight details change?

Please let us know by phone or email so that we can adjust your reservation accordingly.

What should I keep in mind when traveling with bulky luggage?

You don’t need to worry about a thing—we can easily transport even bulky items such as golf bags, strollers, or pet carriers.

What happens if my car won\'t start?

We\'re happy to help you out with a free jump start for your car.
