Where is your parking area located?

Our parking area is located at Kieshecker Weg 153 in 40468 Düsseldorf. Please allow 5-10 minutes for the handover of your vehicle and the transfer.

How long does the transfer from the parking lot to the airport take?

The airport is approximately 300 meters away and the ride with our shuttle bus takes about 1 minute.

When will payment be made?

Payment is made on site upon vehicle handover.

Can I also pay with my debit or credit card?

You also have the option of paying with your debit or credit card.

Will I incur any additional costs after booking?

There are no additional costs for you. The price charged is the final price including 19% VAT.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, either by email or telephone.

What happens if my vehicle won\'t start after I return?

We are happy to provide you with free start-up assistance.

Who can help me with problems with online booking?

Will I be picked up at the airport if my flight is delayed?

Our free shuttle service is available 24/7 and will bring you back to your car at any time.

What do I need to consider if I\'m carrying bulky luggage (e.g., golf equipment, dog basket, etc.)?

You don\'t need to do anything else, as we are prepared for this type of luggage.

What should be done if the flight details change?

A quick call to +49 (0) 211 42 999 800 is all it takes for us to make the changes.

Can I have my vehicle serviced during my trip?

Of course, you have the option of having your vehicle serviced by us.

Can I park my car myself and keep the key?

Yes, when booking a parking space, you can park your vehicle yourself and keep your key with you during your trip. This is subject to a small fee, depending on availability and season. Please note that if you book without leaving your key, you must contact us by phone at +49 (0) 211 42 999 800.

What happens to my vehicle while I\'m away? Will it remain on the property?

Whether your vehicle remains on the main premises during your trip or is moved to one of our nearby outdoor parking areas depends on current occupancy and the season.

Short-term parking vehicles typically remain on the airport grounds. Vehicles staying for longer periods – usually about a week or more – are moved to one of our secure parking areas within a 6.5-kilometer radius. This transfer is, of course, fully insured. Our outdoor parking areas are fenced, video-monitored, and regularly patrolled by trained personnel – for your safety and peace of mind during your trip.
