Valet Parking

Convenient vehicle handover and return at the departure terminal. Valet parking at the airport is a parking service where you can drop off your car directly at the terminal instead of parking it yourself in a parking lot. Our valet parking service staff will receive your car directly at the terminal and park it safely in our parking facility. When you return, your car will be brought back to the terminal by a member of our valet parking service staff and handed back to you so that you can continue your journey comfortably.

Valet parking is a convenient option for travelers who are in a hurry or do not want to worry about where to park their car. However, it is more expensive than our other parking option, the shuttle service, as we have to send our staff to the terminal for vehicle drop-off and pick-up at the airport.

Valet parking process

• Please inform us about 10 minutes before your arrival at the departure terminal by calling our hotline
  +49 (0) 211 42 999 800.
• Our employee will recognize you based on your details (license plate number, vehicle model) and approach you.
• This is followed by a short external vehicle inspection, key handover, and payment.
• You will receive your personal parking card.
• Your vehicle will be parked by one of our staff members and the key will be safely stored in our safe.
• After your return flight and collecting your luggage, please call our hotline.
• Your vehicle will be brought back to the departure terminal.
